Our services include campaign planning and management, endowment building, annual and planned giving; board development and governance; executive and board coaching; strategic planning; audits and benchmarking; prospect research; and executive transition and succession planning.

In 1999, Laura MacDonald established Benefactor Group to serve the needs of those of who serve the common good: nonprofit organizations, donors and civic leaders. Since then, Benefactor Group has won a reputation for innovative nonprofit consulting services that support fundraising, philanthropy, volunteer leadership, leadership development, talent management, and executive transition.

Our staff brings extensive fundraising experience to our clients and a broad range of individual skills to each project. We are based in Columbus Ohio and serve clients locally and internationally.
